            yeah...no magic here... just the render and a couple line exports from sketchup with varying extension lengths (no idea if this actually makes it look any better..but i still do it)... then overlay all in pshop and blend/multiply the line layers and give them varying opacities..

                all done in sketchup/podium.... just used pshop to do the line overlays

                    I think the style for these is from FormFonts.... fineline ink..or something close to that.

                            its just overlaying the line work in pshop... so its honestly a matter of minutes. the modelling/rendering...thats obviously dependent on you and your project! πŸ˜‰
