please check if it is possible to generate a cad file in sketchup like shown in the PDF.

From SketchUp (Pro), only the geometry can be exported so if you choose that route, you will need to do som post processing work in a cad application.
Again, with the Pro version, there comes LayOut which would be able to produce most of what I can see there (hatching patterns should be done with images however). A so called "hybrid" output would be the ideal in this case - edges in vector while image files in raster format.
LayOut 3 can now export to dwg/dxf too (I do not know how those image hatchings would look like though).
