Help ....problem sketchup

i have installed sketchup 8 on 3 PC (XP Home)
when sketcup start appear a windows where i can select a default template
but is not possible for me select any template.

Sorry but this sems to have evaded people's eyes.

Please, could you attach that image you tried to include? You can only use the [img] tag for images already uploaded to the internet somewhere. When you type, under the text area, there is an "Upload attachment" tab...

leftclick onatemplate is not active...
