Void Dynamic Component

I have recently discovered the window-component wich can dinamicaly cut a surface and i was thinking if it would be possible to have a VOID-like component to use with the solidtools? I mean the component should dinamically substract another volume while its size its adjusted. Something similiar to what
Archicad uses in its Solid Element Operations, or Revit uses with voids. The component could become transparent or invisible after the edit, so you could only see the massing result.
This thing could make Sketchup almost parametrical and very flexibile in updating and changing design.
What do you think about this? Would it be hard to make it as a plugin or as a component?
