Add Location Stopped Working

I imported a location with Add Location then went to get an adjacent piece. When I open the Add Location window it is blank. I have closed and reopened the file with the same result, only the one location was able to be imported. So I tried with a new file. I can get one import only then I get a blank screen. This comes of course exactly when I need this function

Thanks Gai. This really sucks because they are not matching up once I import a second one. I did not have this problem last month with a location less than a mile away from this site. Grrr indeed.
