Work completed
-
Hi,
below some pictures of the work i had started a few weeks back, and i had already posted a couple of pictures (wip) here on the forum.
Now it's completed, as well as the customer was satisfied.
All images are made with Sketchup + Render[in] + Photoshop.
Comments and critics are welcome

There is quite a bit of detail in these images, well done.

I like the render and the model. Is this 3 living units or nine living units? If anything more than 3, the ground is no man's land, or common use area.

Very good work and beautiful images.
How did you do the hedges? -
Hi, thanks for comments.
@mitcorb: in fact there are about 12 apartments. The gardens are owned apartments on the ground floor. Even i do not like this solution, but the customer asked just that. And i must say that unfortunately is a type widely used and very popular here, in my part.
@DVERGER: about the hedges, it is very simple: i created the boxes, and applied the texture. Then, later, i worked in the picture with Photoshop clone-stamp leaf-shaped.
Ciao

Hi broomstick, thanks for comments!
The building will be built on the southern outskirts of Milan, for now the work had not yet started.
I think they should start in a couple of months at most.Ivan

Great detail and stunning images. The only Critique I have is perhaps a lack of people in the images to give an idea of scale.
-
Thanks for comments, Sekta.
About the people, i discussed some of this with my client, but the decision was not to put human figures in the scene.
I usually use them, for the reason you said: To give an idea of the right proportion.ciao

excellent to see some beautiful work completed in sketchup, normally I get far to side-tracked to finish something off.
