Drawing on red green plane
-
Is there any way to toggle the blue axis off temporarily so that I can draw on the red green plane only?

No. But when you are in top view (and there is no other geometry out of the red/green plane), SU will draw there. Or draw a big rectangle and use that to draw "on face". Or use TIG's 2D Tools.

Thanks. I have been learning to draw plants and trying to keep the poly count down and have been drawing on rectangles. They are fairly sticky but often the lines seem to pop up unexpectedly. The 2d tools works great. Thanks for the tip. You can see my efforts - I am digger on the warehouse.
