{REQ} .ass Exporter

I'm an avid gamer hoping to pursue a career in video game design and development and I have chosen to begin this path with the creation of a custom multiplayer map for the video game, Halo 2 Vista. In order to do this, I need a 3D development program that can export an .ass file type. I don't have much money and can't afford a program like 3Ds Max. Basically, I'm requesting that someone make an .ass exporter for Google SketchUp. If anyone could, I would be very grateful and you would then be the one who jump-started the beginning of Dark Phoenix Creations' video game development company. Thank you for your time, reading this post. I hope someone will be willing to create this for me and the many other Halo 2 Vista and Halo Custom Edition custom map creators.
