      Hi

Just wondering if there are (or will be) any new tools that will allow two non-planar surfaces to blend smoothly into one another, like the blendsrf command in Rhino (see attached image)

I know this can be accomplished rather slowly with some of the edge tools/loft tools/blend tools that already exist, but maybe some of our script gurus out there could optimise and fine-tune this process like what Rhino has?

      Cheers

      Joel

I think Thom is working on a bezier patch script that might be good for something like that.

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

                  Do you really mean you'll handle non-planar faces ??? 😲 😲
or blend two meshes together with a soft polygonal mesh ❓

                  DB

                    It's bezier surface meshes. http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=323&t=32810
So it'll be able to make a blend between two bezier patches.
