Report misplaced buildings in Google Earth?

Is that possible somehow? I just noticed a building that's misplaced over a street and textures that's completely wrong.

Odd. Other building turn blue and I can click on. But this one doesn't...

From the model bubble in GE you can (provided the model was shared via the Warehouse and is clickable). I have been unable to locate a link (only for policy violation) on the model pages in the Warehouse.
