Furryball RT rendering - Want something like this for SU!

I just stumbled upon "Furryball" for Maya. Check out the very impressive feature set:

Some of this stuff, like SSS and displacement... Well, I'm just amazed to find out that is achievable in real time.

Anyone knows if something similar to this is in the works for SketchUp? I already know about LightUp, Twinmotion and Lumion, but Furryball seems to be in a wholly different category!
