The Instructor for plugins?

Another thread got me thinking -- is it possible for plugin authors to access the instructor to create entries for their tools? This might be the best way to include information about how to use the plugin features.

In theory. But there is a bug in SketchUp - so this has never worked. Hopefully this will be addressed.
