How to UV Map and Texture in Sketchup

Hi all, I found a tutorial I did several years ago and touched it up a teensy bit/uploaded it to the 3D Warehouse. I hope you guys get some use out of it. It was originally made in Sketchup 5, but considering how little has changed between then and now, it'll probably still apply.
