which engine (or preset) did you use here? -
great render fymoro. i like the composition and light.
The only thing i dont like is the position of the orange chair.

cool render mate, one observation...
The exterior is not rendered (post processed) as the light does not reflect on tiles, why not use it as reflection map or even HDRi?

Pete, you have eagle eyes... The background has not been add in Post process, but it was in twilight at a background fit image that why there is no reflection on the floor. I have done a new render with an HDRI as sky Probe and here is the result. 9 easy preset overnight...

Mate you are getting SO darn good at this!
The lounge leather looks brilliant!! Some of the other surfaces may be just that tad too glossy.
