I have been looking for ways to liven up my classroom presentations to help keep the students awake during some of the very dry stuff - this looks good. I also found an interesting package called "Prezi"that lets you zoom in and out, rotate around, add text and photos for a very un-typical powerpoint type presentation. they have a free and pay versions - also a substantial education discount

the cool thing is that you can make PDF, and PDF animated! (free of course)
You must have Adobe reader >= 9.4 !
