When I was working in the camera stores it wasn't unusual to see the pictures from the little old ladies in which there would be two consecutive Christmases on the same roll.
I have some camera's that would have stories to tell if they could only talk.

I'll bet.I remember selling cameras that did talk.

Viewfinder turret for the motion picture camera. Got distracted with this as an art piece.
-
Cool. A turret never looked so good.
-
Caused me to develop turret's syndrome.

Still a work in progress, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I started to assemble the parts and the main lens turret did not mesh with the viewfinder turret. Just like the real world, I had left out a part in the assembly. I think for the final render, I will dump it in a muddy canal with a little blood in the water and some bamboo for background.
-
Looks as it did when it came out of the box. Nice work.

Have some work to do on the far side before I can render. Fymoro, Watkins, the Doh! tread, rereading the Twilight manual, and watching everyone else's work has been a tremendous help. I want to drop the final model in a jungle stream, but building that is a daunting concept.

This is the right side of the camera. The only major structure left is a tripod attachment structure that forms part of the bottom and this side. Also, there is leather handstrap for holding the camera. Soon, I can begin to struggle with the materials and the render. Probably time to go back and read the Duh!-Doh! thread.
-
Ooh. I like that presentation style.
-
A test render to get a feel for the project before refining the materials.
-
Getting the hang of materials.
