      ok, venturing out of newbie area for this question. and I can think of a way, but most all of my questions start with "there must be a faster way than the way I'm doing it....."

      How to create.......a string or strings of like drooping hung lights. like maybe christmas lights, but more like you might see at an outdoor/garden restaurant. Have looked around but haven't found anything that really works. Plus with the weird configuration, I need to build something from scratch I think. big model though so not too detailed.

      I can always fake it in Photoshop later.

      easy right? Any ideas?

        The drooping strings suggest the plugin Catenary by the famous Remus Knowles. Look in the plugins index in this forum.
