I need to draw metal fence lik this but its needs to be round like measurements in the picture please could someone can help me how i can draw this in sketchup.I have pretty much all plugins but i dont know how to use them. HELPP PLEASEE..

I am pretty uncertain what exactly you would like to accomplish here. Would that first picture have those dimensions really?
Could you just sketch up a little idea by hand and scan it to post here?

Maybe you could create a small portion of it, and then copy it around in an array. Or you could create a transparent texture, or you might consider TIG´s Lattice Maker plugin, since you already have pretty much all of them.

Easiest way is to do it by starting with a segment of a circle and drawing a portion of the whole, then rotating that portion around the center of the circle. Dissect the overall shape you are looking for and break it down into the lowest part of the whole you can achieve, then copy and rotate that part to get the desired result.

I rendered it in Vray. I didn't save the file when I made the first, so I made another quickly for you. It makes for a pretty cool tunnel effect with a little fog turned on. It's not drawn to your original scale though.

The file I attached above is to scale and was made in the same way as EarthMover, with the exception that I used shape bender to curve the original component so the whole ring is round instead of faceted.
