Whats Wrong?

I downloaded SketchUp8 yesterday and when I picked a template, there was color, but today, there was only the border lines and I couldn't add color. The lady standing there was also colorless.

Check View > Face Style has Shaded with Textures checked. I'm guessing that you have Monochrome checked instead.
