The Trouble with Toolbars

Hi,
After reinstalling SketchUp, I'm having some trouble rearranging my toolbars
When placing the first one on the second row, the second one automatically jumps to the third row, instead of right next to it!
Any idea what might cause this?Thanks!

If you instal version 8 then you can save toolbar locations and if they go all strange again mostly due to reducing SU window size, then you can restore the toolbars again.
