Sketch up wont install on win pro 7

Hello,I cant install sketch up on my system. i keep getting this message. see attached JPEG. Can any one help.

Also make sure you are trying to install it as administrator (or what) on Windows 7. These security settings seem to be a bit overdone on Vista and Win 7.
