        Coulteri,

Pete (Solo) might be able to help. I'll let him know about this post.

At the moment there is no "easy" way, there is the normal way by creating a plane in Vue and adding your image then setting it to 'face camera', however there is the new SU2VUE exporter coming soon that may be of help.

Thanks for answer. I use su2vue for exporting cameras. It would be fine to make a ruby script, that could export "face camera components" into "face camera planes" in VUE.

Maybe if I had a library of components for Sketchup and the same library for VUE they could be replaced by python script if they had the same name.....

The new SU2Vue exporter should take care of all your needs very soon. I know that cameras, scenes to animation path, components and groups will all be working.

I know nothing about python, so I guess until the new exporter becomes available if you can do it then go for it.

Neither do I 😄 So I will wait. But the comming of new script is a good news for all SKP/VUE users.
