Hello all! I'm new here. This is the first time I post.
I'm working in a model that recreates a chapel and I'm fighting with some textures for curved surfaces.
The most complex challenge I have is the central cupola or dome:

I've been using photoshop to deform the texture in a way that fits, but it appears that I'm not able to do so.
The result is always distorted. I've tried also proyecting from flat surfaces alike, but nothing.

I'm having also problems with the bigger arcs. I get blurred results at both ends. That after deforming the original photograph
      to make it straight.

My only hope posting here is that someone has experienced these problems before and is wanting to help.
      Thank you in advance

        Hi mhyst,

As Pilou mentioned for your wish-list post, try UV Tools:

It has a spherical and a cylindrical projection tool, too. Best would be to export the parts first and experiment with them "outside" the file then re-inmport them.
