Export 3Dmodel type gone empty --- HELP

hi all,
i am using skup 7.1 right now. used to do alot 2d graphic exporting, and now i need to export my model in different format. then i realised my export type (at: export > 3d model)is empty! i remember i did few 3d model exporting before into dxf with no problem on my old pc (with same version of skup)
anyone know how to restore the 'type' list somehow?please help, and appreciated.

Hi ck,
If you have the Pro version, this must be a broken install. Even with the Free version one should have dae and kmz!
I can only suggest to re-download and reinstall SU. Nothing (like plugins, textures, components, shortcut preferences) should get lost so you can simply make a repair reinstall.

These exporters install somehow separately (don't ask how and why as I don't know) and sometimes improperly so while SU seems to work just fine, they do not but it only turns out once you need them.
I did not really know if it'd be a solution but have read it a couple of times thus the suggestion.
