3d warehouse upload question.

Hello all. ZaphodQB here. New to Sketchup and I have a question about uploading to the 3d warehouse.
I created a model called "Bentwood staircase" and uploaded it. but it does not show a preview image and rotatable 3d image.
How do you create those things for your uploads? -

The preview image and rotatable 3d image are automatically generated by the 3D Warehouse...do you have a link to your staircase on the Warehouse?

It takes time for the image, downloadable copy and, 3d Image to appear in the WH, wait about an hour and check again.

None of my models have a thumbnail on my machine. I am running 32 bit xp pro. I have tried reinstalling SU and running repair in the installer. I have tried the "regsvr32 thumbsup.dll" in the SU root directory.
Still all my models have a big black box for a thumbnail -
Well now the 3D image works but you still have a black thumbnail, I don't know why that is...maybe one of the moderators knows?

That would be great, I have done a buch of searching but can not find a working solution to the thumbnail problem, so if anyone does know the answer I would love to hear from ya'.

Hm... There have been a couple of issues in the WH lately but I have never seen this one yet.
Try to download your model and upload again (this should overwrite your existing one in the WH rather than uploading as a new one).
The preview image should be generated immediately when you upload but the 3D view may take a while (couple of hours at least but sometimes a day or two).

I have actually tried uploading it several times. However the big black thumbnail is exactly what I have on my home machine, even when I download something from the warehouse and save it on my machine I get the big black box thumbnail.
