here's another quick house.. not as nice as the last few, as i was tired and in a rush.... this one took less than 6 hours.....i know that for sure, because i started it around 11:30pm last night and was in bed a bit before 5:00am... i was losing steam at the end and left out some details/elements/landscaping.... i hate having to short change things πŸ˜•

        Neat!
Is that roof, from the first picture,a bit curved? If yes, what s the reason?
        Btw,the car suits the house,or vice-versa πŸ˜„ .

        Cheers!

As always really nice work. My only crit would be to get rid of the figure as it does not add to the overall images.

yeah, scott....you're right.. i'll go back into these and add some more landscaping and adjust the figures... just wanted to throw 'something' in there real quick as i was exporting the images.

elisei... the roof is, indeed, curved.... i dont have anything to do with the design, but the home is a Tudor and that is a pretty typical design feature.

              Jason,

Your style is fitting as always - nice amount of detail for 6 hours. I have grown to like the whiteout treeline background, but in something like this where there is minimal linwork "grounding" it to a site - I just can't get over feeling a little like it is floating on the clouds.

Agreed! I'm always rather impressed with what Jason can do in a couple of hours.

                  Wow. Very nice as usual.

                  6 hours? Phew! That's incredible.

I can see what you're saying... the intent was to blend the groundplane and trees into one to keep it as simple as possible, but I can see what you're saying. Any suggestions? I'm constantly trying to evolve background techniques for this style of images.. with quite a few failed attempts in the past..haha.

Jason, Very nice, appropriate for just-in-time client presentations. Nice stone texture, and fountain spray. What were your sources?

the fountain spray was from FormFonts...and I'd imagine the stone was originally from there as well... have been using it for awhile, in so many things..i forget now.
