Hi all. Recently my thumbnails on my work machine stopped showing up.
No software upgrades were done and I am on Windows XP Pro 2002.

Redifine Thumbnail is checked in the SketchUp Model Info / File tab.

The only thing I have done differently in the past weeks has been to run Ccleaner but if I remember correctly this started before I did that. Plus, any SU files I have saved since running Ccleaner are not showing thumbnails.

Any ideas would be great, thanks.

        Eric,

        You might try this trick:

Jim, thanks for that. Not sure how I missed that and now that I read it I did just uninstall SU 5 recently.

I am having trouble however. When I type in "C:\Program Files\Google\Google SketchUp 7" I get the message:

"Program" is not recognizable as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I am not sure what to do.

Save the attached file as "su_thumbs.bat" (or whatever.bat) and double-click it. It is just the same commands from the instructions.

            cd C:\Program Files\Google\Google Sketchup 7\ regsvr32 thumbsup.dll

Still wondering why I could not enter the correct path at the command prompt however.
