what do I need this plugin for SketchUp?
I design and then he pulls out the construction drawings?? I did not understand...this is the site

That is Clark Bremer's Timber Framing ruby's I believe.
Do you need to do timber framing? If not, then you do not need the plugins at all. Who said you need them?
If you do need them, put them into your plugins folder, then restart SketchUp.
