      Hi,

I am trying to import a fairly hires (I mean detailed model with many polygons) model into SU 7.
I have found a nice .3ds car model I want to import, but when I do, the model looks like any regular SU model - meaning the wheels and all other curves look like they were drawn by a child. Low poly - like 24 edges to a circle.
I need a completely smooth SU model, so that I can export it to Adobe Illustrator as an .eps file with perfect, smooth lines and curves.

      How do I do that?
      Hope you can help!
      😄 Lasse

for smooth something in Su you can
use menu Windows / soft edges
use some plugins like Subdivide and smooth
for circle from importation and other seems there is script by Tig
        ArcCurve-set_segments.rb & changearcsegments

Is beautiful that please without concept!

          Thanks a lot!
Seems I made a blunder: The 3D model I tried to import was simply low poly!! Dang!
          The preview looked very detailed.

SU imports 3ds files ok - apart from the fact that they are often "exploded", meaning all the different parts are not where they are supposed to...?
          Strange.

Now I´ll check to see if I can export the hi-poly files from SU to .eps files.
