Cand find sandbox

hm maybe a newbe question but im using sketchup 7.1 and cant find my sandbox. i want to pay. has it gone the way of the dodo along dwgs?

Window > Preferences > Extensions > Sandbox Tools
Then once you have ticked of that you find Sandbox Tools in your Draw and Tools menu - as well as a Toolbar.
And DWG is still not become a dodo - you get the plugin here: http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=161784
