Can't insert license in SU7 pro

I have just upgraded from 6 to 7.
On my regular computer it works like a charm, but on my workstation in office I can't (both macs). I downloaded the trial version, but when I go to the 'license' it is grey, and I can't touch it.
When I restart SU it only asks about the template, not if I want to add a license.How do I go about this?

I think you have to use an administrator account to be able to authorize SU.

Hi Anssi - or others.
It's been a while - but still have the same problem. I'm also an administrator on my office iMac. Then why can't I be allowed to insert my license number??
I really hope for some help, since I have a big project this week...
