Please help me print this?

I've worked all day on this and am having a nightmare trying to set it up for printing.
I've followed every instruction to the letter to print to scale. The image of the template
is 164mm across. Nothing seems work. It always prints smaller. I'm using sketchup 7.1 basic.Ideally I'd like to set up the images so that they are in scale on the page, and then type
the text around them in order to fit everything on the same page. The disassociation between
text and image is MADDENING!!!!!!Any help please!

This would cause you to lose that little hair you still have. Text AND a scaled object on the same page? You could fiddle around all day to get it correctly. If I zoom out enough to be able to fit everything (text and the object) in my window, the program wants to print it onto 8 pages at 1:1 scale.
SU itself can nicely print the objects themselves to scale but combining it with screen text (and especially so much) will make it unpredictable to set up when it comes to printing. That is exactly what Layout would be for as was suggested to you in your other topic.

Could you bring the text in as a texture (high res .jpeg) to a rectangle with hidden edges, then print?
