Thanks for the kind words, guys, that is really encouraging!

It lacks details like bolts, swing arms, and some other barely visible parts.

              Really nice model. 👍 👍

May I know how you built the track?

              Thanks,

Great job. It is really good. I undarstand you didn't want to model all the bolts and small details, but you should model the bolts on the roadwheels. It looks strange without them. Once again: grat work. waiting for more renders (maybe with textures?)

                    Thanks again, guys!
@ ken28875: you can find the blueprints I used in this thread http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=25487. I have uploaded the model also.
Without using reference images I found at http://www.panther1944.de/index.php as well as photos I took in Vierville-sur-Mer during my trip to Normandy in 2008 it would be next to impossible.
@ shareck: yes, I know that without them the wheels look kinda bald ( especially the sprocket wheel ). But I am still working on it.
                    @ tomislavm: hvala (lega?)

looks excellent, the gun housing is pretty bare could do with some weld seams or bolts and a few other details to liven it up, the wheels have already been mentioned apart from that it looks great!

                        Thanks for your reply, Liam.
Well, the turret is not rich in details, at least not at its sides. Hopefully, markings and numbers, as well as camo job could fix that. As for the weld seams, maybe it´s better not to carve them into geometry.
Thanks again, your comments are very welcome!

yeah some good textures should sort it out, you dont want the poly count to go mental by adding stuff you can achieve with textures! Loving the treads, any shots from the front and maybe a close up on a single section of the tread when you have time t get round to it?

Yes, I was thinking the same thing.
Since this is/was pretty much a free time exercise, it may take longer than I thought ( especially because of my limited texturing skills ) 😞
I could use a good advice on achieving realistic, weathered look with textures.
P.S. you can find the track link here, if you´re interested: http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=25487
