      Hi
I want to make an animation for a model in sketch-up and export it on Vray.
By using the default tools of sketch-up for making the scenes I can't get it to work the way I want since I need to make some turns etc and I want the animation to have a constant "movement speed" the main problem is for turns. For straight lines I can put the scenes at equal distances apart and then edit the transition time between scenes. But on turning points I can't do that and there is only one value for transition between scenes.

Basically I want to have a group of lines on which the camera will "walk" at constant speed.
Any suggestions on how to do that?

      thanks in advance

Theres a plugin called SU animate that does just that, if you are willing to spend a few bucks.

I'm currently looking for a different alternative for your problem, a way to assign a different transition time for each scene to make turns more "smooth".

Finally theres Chris's camera recorder plugin where you can walk around corners and everywhere yourself, you need another program to convert the data export into a video file though.

Getting the perfect sig is hard...

        Google it!
