Rough Sketch of a Soccer Stadium

I recently got approval by my client to post this on YouTube.
The model of the stadium was provided to me in AutoCAD format. I added and changed a few things as the designer instructed me, and also created the rough model of the office from his sketches. It's not meant to have any details as he's going to offer this idea to several soccer teams in South America.
The complete video is more than 4 minutes and a half, but I trimmed it down so as to keep it interesting.

At first glance the stadium looks good on the outside but you are really catering for the corporate side of things inside - the capacity for "real football fans" is tiny - how many "suits" are you planning to put inside the stadium?

I'll have to ask that to Arch. Olvera. But I remember he mentioned that the office/suite will be completely empty and it's up to the buyer how he wants to organize it.
