As for the ellipses...
Method 1: draw a circle and scale it in one direction only. This is easy, fast but not very accurate as you will end up with unequal segment lengths - but if you want it for a logo like that, it doesn1t count.

i got good idea how to do. For better quality i make jus 1/4 circle and scale it to ellipse size. Latter just mirror and complete the ellipse. I got exactly what i need.
