I have this problem.
I use Firefox on a 1680105032bit resolution.
Have the same problem with IE

I use Google Chrome and get the same problem. My guess is that it's a CSS layout problem.

I changed a couple of things in another one (and yes, the css is screwed up).

Haha... No, not boozed - just got my eye operated on Tuesday and didn't want to start using the computer right after the operation. I'll hope to fix it today (although I hate poking around in obscure html codes)
