My SketchUp model to Vue Rendering
-
Good Day!
This is my first time here in SketchUcation. I work here in dubai with one of the urban landscape consultancy here.
I really give my company a credit for what i learn using sketchup. The importance of this software in regards of speed, modeling capabilities & user friendly is fantastic like a lightning fast, specially during our concept & preliminary stage it help us to cut the working hours we spent on each project.
I search thru web for the best renderer for sketch up & i found "Solo's place" & found the VUE engine its amazing. It happens that my Dad is developing a nice place for small chapel located in top hill overlooking towards our small city.
Here's the design using SU and Vue

for Solo, I'm still finding a way how to manage the models inside Vue from SKP.
Maybe solo can give me some tip. -

Pete (Solo) has spilled the beans on most of his techniques for going from Sketchup to Vue.
Nice work BTW - and welcome to the forum.
