I've been using Google Chrome for most of the year so far and I like it better than IE. Starting this past week, every time I try to attach an SKP file to send via Gmail, I get an "Attachment failed" message. The Help file on this suggests upgrading to the latest version of Flash which I've done. It also suggests making some settings changes to the Flash Player's settings. I can't for the life of me find where to make these settings changes. I've found the Macromedia folder under Win32 and tried clicking on the EXEs there (except the uninstall executables). They just bring up a box saying there's a new version of Flash. I even let it install the update again. Still no box to make any settings changes.

So, could someone tell me where I look to access the settings? I would appreciate it.

By the way, I'm running XP Pro.

      Thank you.

Gmail uses an invisibly small bit of flash only for the file uploader. When go to any other site with a larger flash animation, you can right click on it and change the (global) flash settings.

I know it's not a fix of the problem but a workaround (but after all, we are SU users and used to them), but you can use attachment settings in gmail without this fancy flash progressbar. Go to your settings (top right corner in Gmail) > General tab > (and at least to me) at the bottom, choose Basic attachment features instead of Advanced attachment features. This is what the Gmail help says about it:

Thank you Gai. That seems to have taken care of it.
