Thanks Mate. Always pleasure to have nice comment from you.
-
yeah these are some of nicest ones ive seen from u sid.....proper tasty atmosphere you can feel it.
-
Yeah nice work sid!!!
I'm actually amazed at how well warehouse come out when rendered without much work! Obviously depends on the quality of the model!
-
It also depends on the quality of the renderer!
Nice work here sid -
Sid, could you tell how you made the excellent atmosphere in the 2nd Sponza render? Those are all unbelievably lovely renders - that hazy atmosphere really adds something to the image
Thanks,
Marcus -
Thanks Richard. It is also about composition , lighting and of course postprocess.
Cheers Michalis. I would agree. One needs to know his tools.
Thanks Marcus. It is Photoshop postprocess. It is highpass softlight blend combined with colour manipulation layer. People don't use highpass a lot but it is essential if you want to bring details and haze to images.

Thank you.

Couple of more images of different street. Comments are welcome. Don't hold back

One more

As always superb renders sepo and post processing
I have to try and hold back my desire to learn every aspect of this rendering process and take small steps each time I model but I cant wait to be able to try this type of manipulation on some of my models.
The houses you show here remind me alot of the Georgian houses in Dublin - some of them are that run down looking aswell.

Hi Sepo,
These renders with Post Pro are great, thanks for sharing.
The building on the right, it's windows should be reversed or am i missing something?

Having grown up in Kansas in a small town and visited deserted towns I think your street scenes could benefit from a bit of appropiate entorage such as a tumbleweed. It would further emphasize the desolate nature of the scene
-
Tumble weed is the most bizarre thought!! Weird!
-
Thanks guys for your kind words. I really enjoy this point and shoot and a bit of PP.

Yea after some sleep and now that I can think straight you are right...Although It might be a funny juxtaposition. Oh well nothing ventured nothing gained. and I've always been taught that the absolute worst idea you have is the one you never suggest because if you don't suggest it, it has zero chance of success.
-
hello sepo,
what kind of filter do you use for the hatching?
thank you! -
no filter...have a look at my tutorial at http://www.sketchupartists.org/?page_id=4254 or here http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=22905
