Sorry everyone, not ray trace, but some other means called "images synthesis".

".....whereas the computation time required for images synthesis is much shorter in comparison to traditional ray tracing....."

Well, if it looks as good......

we started developing our own binary file format, which will allow you to save and load your scenes even faster - well and more complete of course. Currently it is only a working proof of concept, but just to give a little teaser - you all remember the "fat" lucy model with 28 Million polygons? Blender loads it for ages (if at all) and even Mesh Lab takes around have a minute. Or PLY importer does it in a few seconds, but now... we can load her in 2.5 seconds - yes, that is 2 and a half of a second!

OK, you win, but only if it is real ray tracing:-)

Works on PC for me. Anyone know how you pan? Seems okay, but a little quirky. With HDRI disabled in the demo, it's hard to really gauge the results.

RengerGin import 3ds or obj works only when the file is for example on desktop. When on other folders may an error message is coming. Please load the foles on desktop and it should work. What does anybody think about RenderGin?
