i wondered if anyone could help me.

i ma testing out the CS4 extended photoshop, and decided to try and import a SU model.

to do this you have to first export the model as a .kmz file.

after doing all this, and opening in photoshop, all i get showing up are the window from the house model i have imported, nothing else!

      any ideas?

      help is much appreciated.

        Hi Luci,

I tried it once and all of my groups from SU were on separate layers (in the 3D palette I think) in PS allowing me to turn them on and off. Maybe you need to turn them on?

I really wasn't impressed - navigating the model was an experience itself 👎

          Cheers for the reply guys.

Looks like adobe have bascially tried to pull a fast one. From what I have read on the web, it's a bit of a recuring problem. The more complex a model, the more problems.
I can successfully import a plain cube, but anything beyond that seems to be impossible.

Think I might try pirenisi, it was worth a shot with it though I guess!

          Thank you again.
