School Desk
-
Anyone want to render this? It's a simple school desk, may not be the one you see often though.

 -
Sure you have a link? ...or just post it here.
  Texture it first though -
I'll do it. But where is the model?
 -
ok here it is guys

Hello there, I thought I should give this a go, I messed a bit with the model though, but nothing special, bezier curves and
some technical 'things'. If anyone's interested

Cheers,

My try:

Nice, I like the stool's color

Here's another quick attempt I made, actually these are the first studio setup's I've tried to make
so a comment with a few tips and tricks is always welcome

Graphically I think the chair is great, but it looks very uncomfortable. The nearly 90 degree seat and back and the front lip going all the way to the floor. I would find it difficult to sit there for a long lecture. The front lip would also make the cleaning people a bit crazy - difficult to clean around. I recommend studing the angles and lifting the front lip, giving a bit of room to tuck your ankles back under the chair. ALSO as most school chair designers, you have forgotten all about we much abused Left Handed People!

Just for you, Jim.

Try using an HDRI as the sole light source for these "product" renders. I used studio021.hdr from this free collection in Deviant Art (thanks to Oliver Shea for the tip).
 -
Save the render as an .hdr and try doing some post-production in the free app Motiva RealCamera. I used it for both images.

Oh well, I got carried away with this chair.

Como te gustan las sillas Miguel! jaja muy buena la ultima.

Gracias, Ricardo.

Ok, the last one for now.

I added RoundCorners. I used a HDR...I'd appreciate any constructive comments!
