Bourne Hotel, Bournemouth
-
When I scrolled down, I said "oh shit...". I really love those models where the whole environment is nicely remodelled, too (maybe because I really suck at it and by the time I finish something, I lose the interest in further developing the concept into a full fledged mopdel)
Really nice so far. So will there be some kind of detailed work on a particular building )say I can imagine this is the scene only where the hotel will be placed)?
Really looking forward to seeing it in the course of modelling/rendering the details.

Wicked renders, the style is very cool, like the trees as well.

this is fantastic! i love the trees too!!
cant wait to see where you take it!
nice shadows
would like to see a lineover version maybe....
-
Really nice Sepo. My preference goes to the view angle on the 3rd image.
-
sid, great model. but which one is the hotel to be remodelled?
-
Is that the pier next to the aquarium in the back? (Trying to get an orientation of where it is...)

Thanks Gai. I have just started project so next stage will be modeling of hotel as it is and than modeling after our inervention. The detailed survey has been just undertaken, so yeah in a couple of weeks I might have some more 3d stuff to show. Images above are really for me to get me into project mood, really more than anything else. Saying that they will be useful to show to local planning authority once I am ready to go to see them.

Thanks Remus. It is mixed clay render with some Photoshop postprocess. I am finding that clients are more open to these type of images early in design process. Once everything is agreed with clients and project is sufficently developed than Photoreal stuff is more desired.

Different angle.

All will be revealed in due course

Yes it is between International Conference Centre and The Pier. The view showing it is cooking as we speak.
