I'm seeking a way to join segments of a line together. I was able to import a DWG file created in Corel Draw however, the 2d shapes (oblects like elipses, rectangles, etc.) are rendered in Sketchup no longer as closed shapes but as shapes composed of unconnected segments. Is there a way to join the ends of the segments together to again make the shapes closed objects? Thanks. - Scotty

        Hi Robert,

        That's Weld.rb by Rick Wilson at Smustard's: http://www.smustard.com/script/Weld
Note that it won't create "real" circle or arc entities (with their special features like having center points and such) just "glue" the line segments together so that you can work easier.
