This is by far the best Kerkythea rendering I have seen.
      The realism is amazing.

Did you model the curtains yourself?
They look too good to be sketchup. ๐Ÿ˜„

      Cheers,

        Thanks K.

No I did not model the curtains, I downloaded them some time ago from archibase.net but, I did have to edit them to make them work for rendering. I'll post the model if the size is not too large.

I agree with Kwisten: best KT render ever. Thanks for the curtains!

                  Impressive render mate.
                  Thanks for the awesome curtains.

Have you tried Twilight yet? I'd be very interested in seeing this scene done with it.

Thanks for all the comments ! I know curtains can sometime be the downfall of a good render. I work on MAC OS X and don't think Twilight is available for it yet. Looking forward to that though, integration is so much easier than exporting etc.

Wow!!!!!!!!! At first I thought it was another hoax like the sunny hallway with leather chairs. Nothing at all gives away the fact that it is a render! Can I see the render before photoshop?

Here is the render before photoshop. Earthmover, I did render this MLT for about 72 hours. I really wish I had a faster machine... like a Mac Pro dual quad core ๐Ÿ˜„
