I did a model, but at the time I want to place dimensions, they (dimensions) don't appear, why? what can I do? I have the layer turned on. what else could cause this problem?

Under the "View" menu, make sure that you have "guides" turned on. See if that helps,

        Chris

Lately you've been tan, suspicious for the winter.

            Hi bravoddb,

I saw a report of this last week. As you mention, the issue does appear to be model specific.

What happens if you copy and paste the geometry into a new SketchUp file?

            Regards,
            SGT

Thanks, I think doing what said fixes the problem. But How canI avoid it?

              Thanks a lot.

                Hi Bravoddb,

Since copy and pasting the geometry into a new file resolves the issue, it sounds like a "corrupt camera data" problem. This use to be somewhat common in older versions of SketchUp.

I'm going to keep investigating on my end, and I'll let you know if I have any updates.

                Regards,
                Tommy

do you have a bad model that could be uploaded here to look at? I'd like to see the corrupt camera πŸ˜„
