The problem is your Intel Integrated Graphics card which does not properly support OpenGL. If you turn hardware acceleration on (in SU preferences) with this chipset you will most likely have problems selecting faces. If you turn it off the program will be very slow.

http://sketchup.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=36208&cbid=867g2ovjzx5v&src=cb&lev=answerYou need a proper video card (preferably nVidia) that supports OpenGL. You don't have to spend a lot of money, the low cost Geforce cards work just fine.

What Paul says. Get a dedicated video card. Until then you will keep having problems.

What are the problems that I am face after the video card is replaced
Can you give me your opinion about vidoe Card ( XFX GeForce 9500 GT 1GB DDR 2 ) Is it good ?

That shouldbe good. I have just got a new card: a 1 Gb nVidia 9600 and it hasn't caused any problems so far (I mean it's very good compared to what I've had so far).
