Hi guys, just wondering if this is notice this also??? when I create a plane; whether it be left to right or right to left i always end up with a face that shows the back face color instead of the front face.
Any ideas?
Cheers....

I think it makes sense if you think of that plane as the starting plane for a box. SU likes the idea of 'make a face and push/pull it'. So the first plane drawn, you would pull the face up to make a box. Therefore the first plane drawn is the bottom of the box. So the front face should be pointing down (outward), so when you turn and look under the box, the "front face" is under the box, looking outward.
Did that make ANY sense? That's just my take on it.

Oh, and that only holds true on z = 0 (on the ground plane). If you draw the plane anywhere else, SU does work in the clockwise or counterclockwise order. Because when you are not on the groundplane, SU does not make any assumptions about which direction you are going to push/pull your shape. Whereas on the ground plane it can assume you will always pull it upwards.

Of course, if you draw it on the groundplane, and blue is up, and the you pushpull downwards, it will reverse your face for you. That seems inconsistent, but perhaps logical.

Clear as crystal, Chris... thanks.
