Weld or Stitcher doesn't work

Hi Guys and Gals,
I've recently installed both 'Weld and 'Stitcher' ruby into 'Plugin' Folder and tried to weld/stitch the folllowing
But the 2 curves don't join?
What am i doing wrong?

Weld can't work !
Curves must have a common point!!!Stitcher can't work!
You must select 2 faces!!!You must use Skin by architectboy
or better Simple Loft by Chris Fullmer
And for the fun
Extrude edges by edges by TIGProjection2 by Didier Bur

From Contours in the sandbox tools would also work.
